Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in IT support or a similar role.
• Excellent knowledge of computer hardware software and networking systems.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals.
• Proven problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Salary

The salary for this position is $1500 per month
