Job summary

MyDefence A/S is seeking an IT-Supporter to help keep our IT running smoothly as we grow. You will support over 160 colleagues from our Nørresundby office and provide onsite and remote assistance across Denmark and international locations.

Your role blends technical know-how with a service mindset, handling devices, Microsoft 365, access rights and security practices to ensure a reliable IT environment. You will work in IT & Security and contribute to ongoing IT initiatives.

Qualifications

• Hands-on IT support experience, able to troubleshoot across devices and apps.
• Onboarding, equipment setup and access management.
• Follows security policies and keeps documentation up to date.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily IT support onsite and remotely to colleagues in Denmark and international locations.
• Troubleshoot computers, mobile devices, printers, networks and business apps.
• Assist onboarding/offboarding and manage user accounts and access rights.
