Job summary

Mercell Danmark A/S is hiring an IT Support Specialist to join our Enterprise Support team in a hands-on role supporting daily IT operations and new projects.

You will connect our Copenhagen and Odense offices, maintain Okta, Jira/Confluence, Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune and Google Workspace, and build automations with PowerShell, AWS, and APIs. Hybrid work, travel between sites, and a proactive, service-focused mindset are expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in an enterprise IT support or systems administration role.
• Experience with Microsoft and Google environments, plus strong troubleshooting and automation skills.
• Ability to explain and demonstrate technical concepts to non-technical colleagues.
• Experience with AV and meeting room equipment.

Responsibilities

• Balance continuous improvement work (automation and new functionality) with business-as-usual tasks (service desk requests and team administration).
• Be the technical point of contact between Mercell's two Danish offices, Copenhagen and Odense. Occasional travel between the two sites is required.
• Maintain and support our existing IT stack, including Okta, Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence), Setyl, Microsoft products (M365, Azure, Intune), and Google Workspace.
• Build and maintain automations using tools such as PowerShell, Claude Code, AWS, and APIs, applying AI where it speeds up the work.
• Plan and prioritise your own workload against business goals, without waiting to be assigned tasks.
