Job summary

PanzerGlass HQ in Denmark is seeking a Senior IT Supporter to deliver advanced IT support worldwide, ensuring a stable and secure IT environment across our global organisation. You will provide expert support and act as a trusted technical resource within the IT team.

You will handle onboarding/offboarding, manage user access, and contribute to infrastructure projects while mentoring colleagues. A 4-day working week trial is part of our employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in IT Support or IT Operations.
• Experience supporting users in a global organisation.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure/Entra ID, and endpoint management.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT support to employees across multiple locations.
• Handle and coordinate support tickets, escalations, and complex technical issues.
• Support Microsoft 365, Azure/Entra ID, endpoint management, hardware and software platforms.
• Manage onboarding, offboarding, user administration, and access rights.
• Maintain asset management processes and device lifecycle management.
• Support local offices and remote users worldwide.
• Assist with network, security, backup, and infrastructure tasks.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and IT documentation.
• Participate in IT projects, implementations, and system upgrades.
• Mentor colleagues and share knowledge across the team.
• Collaborate with external vendors and service providers for reliable IT services.

Key responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing IT support to employees across multiple locations

Your profile

You have a solid technical foundation combined with a strong service mindset. You enjoy helping others, troubleshooting complex issues, and continuously improving the way things are done.

We imagine you bring:

• Relevant IT education or equivalent practical experience
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in IT Support, IT Operations, or a similar role
• Experience supporting users within a global organisation
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure/Entra ID, and endpoint management
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
• A customer-focused and service-oriented approach
• Communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• A structured and detail-oriented way of working
• The ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
