Systematic is seeking a Senior IT-supporter to join their team in Aarhus. In this role, you will provide essential technical support to a diverse user base, manage escalated tickets, and help to enhance Service Desk operations.
The ideal candidate has at least seven years of IT support experience, a technical bachelor's degree, and strong skills in troubleshooting. You will enjoy a dynamic work environment and benefits such as on-site wellness activities and team-focused learning opportunities.
As Senior IT-supporter, you'll be a key part of the service desk — we are the single point of contact (SPOC) for end-users. Based in Aarhus, your day-to-day focus will span walk-in troubleshooting and meeting room equipment through to escalated tickets and critical incident handling. You'll serve a technically diverse user base that includes many developers and testers, which means you'll need to calibrate your communication to meet each person where they are: knowing when a brief answer is enough and when a detailed explanation adds real value.
Our environment spans Windows, Office 365, Intune, Autopilot, Exchange, VPN, meeting room technologies. The service desk provides first- and second-line support across most of these platforms, so hands-on experience with several of them is important.
We manage tickets through Ivanti Neurons and projects through Jira. You will be expected to get up to speed quickly with the tools and workflows already in place. Familiarity with developer tooling — such as Bitbucket, and the development pipelines — is a plus, given the technical nature of much of our user base.
Alongside the day-to-day support work, you will also contribute to improving how the Service Desk operates — including documenting processes, spotting inefficiencies, and exploring how AI tools can enhance service quality.
You'll be part of Group IT (GRIT) — a business-critical function that keeps IT services reliable, secure, and effective across the entire Systematic Group. The team consists of six colleagues: three based here in Aarhus, one in Copenhagen, and two in Bucharest. You'll collaborate closely across all three locations, with Aarhus being the natural hub for on-site operations. We are a team that takes our work seriously, but we also believe in sharing knowledge openly, learning from each other, and building something better together.
You work in a structured, process-oriented way — comfortable mapping, analysing, and documenting workflows — and you bring both patience and precision when explaining technical solutions to both technical and non-technical colleagues.
At our Aarhus office, you can look forward to joining our Employees Club, which offers nearly 100 events a year of both social and professional character. Here, you can take advantage of a range of on-site perks from physiotherapist-led massages and an in-house hairdresser to sports clubs, game tables, and even our own padel court. Our canteen is a standout feature, serving a daily selection of delicious and healthy dishes. Beyond the office, you'll also enjoy benefits like free ARoS +1 access and various shopping discounts.
