Job summary

PanzerGlass HQ is seeking a Senior IT Supporter to provide advanced IT support to users worldwide, maintain secure IT operations, and contribute to infrastructure improvements.

You will handle onboarding/offboarding, manage tickets, support Microsoft 365 and Azure Entra ID, collaborate with external vendors, mentor teammates, and help drive IT projects in a global environment.

Qualifications

• Relevant IT education or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 3-5 years of IT Support, IT Operations, or similar role.
• Experience supporting users within a global organisation.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure/Entra ID, and endpoint management.
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Customer-focused and service-oriented approach.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Structured and detail-oriented way of working.
• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proactive and collaborative mindset.
• Positive attitude with a "no job too big, no job too small" approach to work.

Responsibilities

• Providing IT support to employees across multiple locations.
• Handling and coordinating support tickets, escalations, and complex technical issues.
• Supporting Microsoft 365, Azure/Entra ID, endpoint management, hardware, and software platforms.
• Managing onboarding, offboarding, user administration, and access rights.
• Maintaining asset management processes and supporting device lifecycle management.
• Supporting local offices and remote users worldwide.
• Assisting with network, security, backup, and infrastructure-related tasks.
• Driving process improvements, automation initiatives, and IT documentation.
• Participating in IT projects, implementations, and system upgrades.
• Mentoring colleagues and sharing technical knowledge across the team.
• Collaborating with external vendors and service providers to ensure reliable IT services.
