MyDefence A/S is seeking an IT-Supporter to help keep our IT running smoothly as we grow. You will support over 160 colleagues from our Nørresundby office and provide onsite and remote assistance across Denmark and international locations.
Your role blends technical know-how with a service mindset, handling devices, Microsoft 365, access rights and security practices to ensure a reliable IT environment. You will work in IT & Security and contribute to ongoing IT initiatives.
Do you want to keep IT running smoothly as MyDefence continues to grow? Reliable and responsive IT support is essential to our daily operations.
Our colleagues need the right equipment, access and support to work effectively and securely – whether they are based in Denmark or at one of our international locations.
We are looking for an IT-Supporter who enjoys helping people and solving the IT challenges that come with a busy workday. You combine technical understanding with a strong service mindset, take ownership of issues and communicate clearly with the people you support. Whether it is a laptop, Microsoft 365, access rights or something entirely different, you enjoy finding practical solutions and getting things working again.
You will join our IT & Security department and become an important point of contact for more than 160+ colleagues across MyDefence. Based at our office in Nørresundby, you will provide both onsite and remote support and work closely with the rest of the IT & Security team to help maintain a reliable and secure IT environment across the organisation.
Your day-to-day work will cover a broad range of IT support tasks. You will be one of the first points of contact when colleagues need IT assistance, while also supporting onboarding, equipment and access management and helping us maintain a secure and well-functioning IT environment.
You have a solid foundation in IT support and enjoy using your technical knowledge to solve IT challenges. You may have a relevant IT education or certification, or you may have gained your experience through an IT support, helpdesk or service desk role. What matters most is that you have hands‑on experience with IT support and are motivated to keep developing your skills.
You work in a structured and systematic way, pay attention to detail and are comfortable keeping track of multiple tasks at the same time. You are self-driven, take ownership of your responsibilities and plan your work effectively, while also being curious and keen to learn.
At MyDefence, you will have the opportunity to grow your skills in a role that gives you exposure to a broad range of IT tasks and technologies. You will be trusted with responsibility from the start, while having experienced colleagues around you to collaborate with and learn from.
As we continue to grow, you will also have the opportunity to contribute to how we develop our internal IT support. We value people who take initiative, share knowledge and look for better ways of doing things, so there is room for you to bring your ideas, develop your technical skills and grow with the role.
At MyDefence, we live by a shared set of values that guide us – both in how we do business and in our everyday interactions as colleagues. These values are our compass, ensuring that we move toward the same goal with courage, execution, and care.
We challenge the status quo, embrace new ideas, and have the courage to make decisions that move us forward.
We take ownership, deliver on our commitments, and turn ideas into action.
We support one another, succeed as a team, and build strong relationships based on trust and respect.
As part of your employment with MyDefence, you must be able to obtain the security clearance required for the role. You will also be required to undergo a background check tailored to your role and the level of access granted, both digital and physical. Maintaining eligibility for the relevant security clearance and background checks is a continuous requirement throughout your employment.
Application deadline: Apply no later than 17. September 2026
