Job summary

PanzerGlass is seeking a Senior IT Supporter to deliver high-quality global IT support, maintain a stable and secure IT environment, and contribute to ongoing infrastructure improvements.

You will support Microsoft 365, Azure/Entra ID, endpoint management, and handle onboarding, security, and IT documentation while mentoring colleagues.

This role requires 3–5 years of IT experience, strong English communication, and a proactive, collaborative mindset in a fast-growing company.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT support for a global organization.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Customer-focused and service oriented approach.
• Excellent communication in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT support to employees across multiple locations.
• Handle and coordinate support tickets, escalations, and complex issues.
• Support Microsoft 365, Azure/Entra ID, endpoint management, hardware and software platforms.
• Manage onboarding, offboarding, user administration and access rights.
• Maintain asset management processes and device lifecycle management.
• Assist with network, security, backup and infra-related tasks.
• Drive process improvements, automation and IT documentation.
• Participate in IT projects, implementations and system upgrades.
• Mentor colleagues and share knowledge within the team.
• Collaborate with external vendors and service providers.
