Job summary

Kamstrup is seeking a Microsoft 365 Specialist to own the day-to-day operations of our Microsoft 365 platform, including Exchange Online, Intune, Windows Autopilot, Purview and Entra ID. You will resolve second-line incidents and drive adoption of new capabilities across the organization.

You’ll work in a collaborative, international team, reporting to IT Operations, shaping ways of working from the start. This role offers hands-on responsibility, security focus, and opportunities to influence

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience operating Microsoft 365 including Exchange Online, Intune and Autopilot.
• Familiarity with Purview for information protection, data loss prevention, and retention.
• Knowledge of Entra ID and conditional access.
• Interest in Copilot and AI productivity tools.
• Fluency in English; comfortable in an international team.

Own the day-to-day of Kamstrup's Microsoft 365 platform

As our Microsoft 365 Specialist, you will be resolving second‑line incidents and requests escalated from our Global ServiceDesk related to mailboxes, devices, collaboration tools, and compliance. You will also be responsible for the stability, security, and continuous improvement of our Microsoft 365 environment. Furthermore, you will work closely with the Identity & Access domain on Entra ID, and you will help drive adoption of new Microsoft 365 capabilities, including Copilot, across the organization.

More specifically, you will be:

• Operating and maintaining the Microsoft 365 platform day to day, including Exchange Online, Intune, Windows Autopilot, Microsoft Purview and Entra ID
• Managing device provisioning and lifecycle through Intune and Windows Autopilot, including compliance policies, in collaboration with Identity & Access on conditional access
• Administering Microsoft Purview for information protection, data loss prevention and retention, ensuring compliant handling of data
• Contributing to Entra ID administration, including users, groups and conditional access, alongside the Identity & Access domain
• Executing standard and routine changes to the M365 environment through IT Operations' Change Enablement process, and documenting solutions for the Global ServiceDesk knowledge base

Meet your future team

Reporting directly to our Senior Manager, IT Operations, you will be part of our second‑line IT Operations team in our Digital Workplace Operations domain. The team runs, monitors, and maintains Kamstrup’s IT services and infrastructure, including the Microsoft 365 platform. The team is being formed from our existing specialist teams in Denmark and Spain as part of the new organization, so you will have a real say in shaping ways of working from the start. You can expect a collaborative and grounded culture with a strong focus on knowledge sharing, mutual trust, and continuous improvement.

We are seeking a hands‑on, service‑minded specialist who takes pride in a stable, secure and well‑run Microsoft 365 platform, and who enjoys solving problems directly rather than through others. You have a structured and methodical approach to operational work, and you are comfortable balancing incidents, requests and planned changes without losing sight of quality and security. You communicate clearly with colleagues and end users alike, and you are curious about new Microsoft 365 capabilities and keen to help the organization make the most of them.

In order to succeed, we imagine that you have:

• Hands‑on experience operating Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, Intune and Windows Autopilot for device management
• Experience with Microsoft Purview for information protection, data loss prevention and retention, or a strong willingness to build this
• Working knowledge of Entra ID and an interest in identity & access topics
• Interest in or experience with Microsoft Copilot and other AI‑driven productivity tools
• Experience working in an ITIL‑based operating model, particularly incident and change processes, will be considered an advantage
• Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g. MD-102, MS-102) are a plus, but not a requirement
