Job summary

PanzerGlass is seeking a Senior IT Supporter to deliver high-quality global IT support, maintain a stable and secure IT environment, and contribute to ongoing infrastructure improvements.

You will support Microsoft 365, Azure/Entra ID, endpoint management, and handle onboarding, security, and IT documentation while mentoring colleagues.

This role requires 3–5 years of IT experience, strong English communication, and a proactive, collaborative mindset in a fast-growing company.

Responsibilities

You will provide advanced IT support to users worldwide, contribute to infrastructure and improvement projects, and act as a trusted technical expert within the IT team.

Key responsibilities

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality IT support and helping drive continuous improvements across our global IT environment. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing IT support to employees across multiple locations
• Handling and coordinating support tickets, escalations, and complex technical issues
• Supporting Microsoft 365, Azure/Entra ID, endpoint management, hardware, and software platforms
• Managing onboarding, offboarding, user administration, and access rights
• Maintaining asset management processes and supporting device lifecycle management
• Supporting local offices and remote users worldwide
• Assisting with network, security, backup, and infrastructure-related tasks
• Driving process improvements, automation initiatives, and IT documentation
• Participating in IT projects, implementations, and system upgrades
• Mentoring colleagues and sharing technical knowledge across the team
• Collaborating with external vendors and service providers to ensure reliable IT services

Your profile

You have a solid technical foundation combined with a strong service mindset. You enjoy helping others, troubleshooting complex issues, and continuously improving the way things are done.

• Relevant IT education or equivalent practical experience
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in IT Support, IT Operations, or a similar role
• Experience supporting users within a global organisation
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure/Entra ID, and endpoint management
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
• A customer-focused and service-oriented approach
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• A structured and detail-oriented way of working
• The ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• A proactive and collaborative mindset
