Job summary

Human Risks ApS is seeking a Customer Success Implementation Manager to help customers get value from our SaaS platform in Aalborg. You’ll lead onboarding, adoption, and training, and help our Customer Success team work more efficiently.

You will plan onboarding timelines, deliver trainings, support setup, and maintain an overview of each customer’s configuration. You’ll write guides and share insights with Product, Tech, Sales, and Marketing to shape scalable processes.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of experience in SaaS implementation, onboarding, enablement, or customer success.
• Structured, proactive way of working with the ability to manage several customers at once.
• Confidence and clear communication with customers and colleagues.
• Curiosity about customer needs and problem-solving mindset.
• Experience with CRM, documentation, or support tools.
• Interest in improving processes and automation.

Responsibilities

• Run onboarding and enablement projects that help customers reach their goals.
• Plan onboarding timelines and keep customer stakeholders updated on progress.
• Deliver trainings and guide customers on best practices.
• Support setup and configuration so customers start on the right foot.
• Keep a clear overview of each customer’s setup over time.
• Write and update help articles, guides, and learning materials.
• Answer customer questions and collaborate with internal teams to solve issues.
• Share customer insights with Product, Tech, Sales, and Marketing.
• Help build better processes and workflows as the company grows.
