Job summary

Pandektes is seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to serve Danish customers and build strong long-term relationships. You will manage full customer cycles from onboarding to renewal and work closely with the Danish-focused sales team to ensure the best fit for clients.

As an early member of our CS team, you will shape processes, contribute to onboarding playbooks, and drive adoption of our AI-powered legal research platform across Denmark, Germany, and Switzerland.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer success roles within SaaS.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a small team.
• Fluent in English and Danish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Onboard customers and teach how to use the platform.
• Drive adoption and ensure customer success for Danish clients.
• Build and nurture a community of superusers within existing customers.
• Identify expansion opportunities and coordinate with the sales team.
