Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Customer Success Manager to partner with large enterprise customers in Denmark. You will coordinate Signature deliverables, guide adoption of Salesforce features, and manage risk and renewal strategies while maintaining executive relationships.

The role requires deep Salesforce knowledge, strong consulting experience, and the ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes. Hybrid work with in-office cadence will be expected in Copenhagen.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in technical customer success, SaaS or related fields.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM and/or Marketing Cloud.
• 4+ years in management consulting services.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills with executives.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business terms.
• Knowledge of software development processes and design methodologies.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as named resource and trusted advisor for Salesforce customer organisations.
• Manage incidents and coordinate resolution with internal and customer teams.
• Coordinate Signature deliverables, renewals, and expansions.
• Build and maintain executive relationships with IT and business leaders.
• Advise on adoption of new Salesforce features and release schedules.
• Communicate the value of Signature Success to ensure renewals.
• Occasional travel and after-hours coverage as needed.
