Job summary

Pandektes Aps, based in Copenhagen, is seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to support Danish customers and manage cycles from onboarding to renewal. You will partner with the Danish-focused sales team and contribute to shaping CS processes as an early member of the team.

Qualifications

• Strong customer-facing experience with long-term relationship focus.
• Ability to onboard, adopt and renew customer subscriptions.

Responsibilities

• Onboard customers and guide them through the Pandektes platform.
• Drive user adoption by collaborating with leadership and teams.
• Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts and coordinate with CS/Sales.
• Help shape CS processes as an early member of the team.
