Job summary

atNorth Holding AB is seeking a Customer Implementation Manager to lead onboarding and delivery of customer projects from contract signing to service activation. You will coordinate internal teams and external partners to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management, service delivery, customer implementation, or related roles.
• Experience managing customer-facing projects in data centers, telecommunications, IT infrastructure, technology, or other complex technical environments.
• Strong project planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities.
• A structured and proactive approach with strong attention to detail.
• Experience working with enterprise customers is highly desirable.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, Prince2, Agile, or equivalent are considered an advantage.
• Fluency in English. Danish or another Nordic language is considered a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer onboarding and implementation projects from contract signature through service activation, delivery and handover.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery.
• Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders to meet customer requirements and project objectives.
• Ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers during implementation.
• Provide regular project updates, proactively manage risks, and resolve issues as they arise.
• Coordinate testing, validation, and service activation activities.
• Ensure successful handover to operational and customer success teams following project completion.
• Ensure compliance with atNorth standards, customer requirements, and operational procedures.
