Munit.io is expanding its Onboarding Team in Copenhagen and seeks enthusiastic students to support customers as they adopt the SAGA platform. You will guide initial setup, ensure a frictionless onboarding process, and collaborate with product, Support, and commercial teams to deliver value quickly.

This role is ideal for individuals pursuing practical experience in cybersecurity, customer success, and tech implementation within a high-growth environment.

Qualifikationen

• Excellent communication in English and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand technical concepts for non-technical users.
• Detail-oriented and organized with multitasking ability.
• Passion for cybersecurity, SaaS, OSINT is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Guide customers through onboarding and first-use journeys for the SAGA platform.
• Support implementation requirements, configuration, and platform setup.
• Provide customer education, product walkthroughs, and usage guidance.
• Act as liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure issue resolution.
• Maintain onboarding documentation and contribute to process improvements.
• Ensure customer success metrics in early lifecycle stages.
