Job summary

NSC Global is seeking Level 1 Field Service Technicians to provide on-site technical support for customer systems. You will troubleshoot, repair and replacement desktop and client hardware at customer sites, while updating service records and ensuring adherence to SLAs.

Responsibilities include diagnosing hardware faults, validating warranty status, documenting steps, and communicating clearly with customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in Level 1 technical support or comparable customer-facing IT support.
• Ability to follow structured diagnostic processes and document steps.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail in ticket updates.

Responsibilities

• Attend customer sites within service windows and complete interventions to standard.
• Troubleshoot PCs, laptops and client hardware on-site and perform repairs/replacements.
• Document troubleshooting steps, warranty checks and updates in the service system.
