Job summary

NSC Global is seeking Level 1 Field Service Technicians to deliver on-site technical support for customer systems across Denmark. You will troubleshoot, repair and replace desktop and laptop hardware, validate diagnostics, and provide timely service updates.

The role requires professional communication, adherence to service levels, and the ability to travel to customer sites with a valid driving licence. CompTIA A+ is desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience in Level 1 technical support or field service.
• Solid understanding of PC/laptop hardware and OS basics.
• Ability to follow structured diagnostic processes and document steps.
• Strong communication to explain issues to non-technical customers.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites with a valid driving licence.
• Fluent English; local language skills for on-site contact.

Responsibilities

• Attend customer sites within agreed service windows and complete interventions.
• Troubleshoot, repair and replace hardware components on desktops and laptops.
• Validate warranty status, asset IDs and diagnostics before repairs.
• Use diagnostic tools and document troubleshooting steps clearly.
• Provide timely service updates and obtain customer sign-off.
• Escalate issues and maintain accurate service records.
