Job summary

NSC Global is seeking Level 1 Field Service Technicians to deliver on-site technical support for customer systems across Denmark. You will troubleshoot, repair, and replace hardware at client sites, validating warranty status and maintaining clear service records.

Applicants should have strong PC hardware knowledge, familiarity with BIOS/drivers, and good English, with Danish language skills for local customer communication. A driving licence and vehicle are required for travel.

Qualifications

Experience in Level 1 technical support or similar IT support role.
Solid knowledge of PC and laptop hardware.
Working knowledge of operating systems, BIOS, drivers, hardware fault isolation and basic networking.
Ability to document troubleshooting steps clearly and accurately.
Fluent English and Danish language skills for on-site customer contact.

Responsibilities

Attend customer sites within agreed service windows and complete each intervention to standard.
Perform on site troubleshooting, diagnostics, hardware repair and component replacement.
Validate warranty status and diagnostic findings prior to repair.
Provide clear service reports and update customers on next steps and status.
