Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Strategic Account Executive to manage a Nordic customer relationship, drive adoption and expansion of Databricks solutions, and align strategic objectives with business goals. You will work with stakeholders to understand needs and deliver impactful data and AI-enabled outcomes.

You will build C-level relationships, develop account plans, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery and ongoing growth in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a strategic account management role within technology or data analytics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for relationships at all levels of an organisation.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic account plans and drive revenue growth.
• Strong problem-solving skills with strategic and analytical thinking.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet with stakeholders and attend events.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic account plan aligning with the customer's objectives and goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including C-level executives.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities expanding Databricks’ footprint with the customer.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, solutions engineering, customer success) and external partners to ensure seamless delivery.
• Serve as the primary contact, addressing issues and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Stay informed about industry trends to provide insights shaping Databricks' offerings.
• Drive revenue growth by meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
