Job summary

Userlink, based in Odense, seeks a Founding Account Executive to drive B2B SaaS growth with uncapped commissions and equity. You will own deals from outreach to signature with Danish startups, expanding later to DACH and the Netherlands.

The role involves shaping the sales process, close collaboration with the founder, product and engineering, and a strong focus on revenue growth. As one of the first salespeople, you’ll operate with minimal playbooks, building and documenting effective practices

Qualifications

• Experience selling B2B SaaS with full cycle from first contact to signature.
• Ability to manage budgets and meet or exceed targets with clear explanation of results.
• Strong product and technology understanding; uses AI daily in work.
• Danish at native level and fluent in English (office language).

Responsibilities

• Own deals from outreach to signature for webshops in Denmark, with expansion to DACH and Netherlands.
• Write and improvise sales playbooks as the process evolves; share learnings for future hires.
• Sell to existing customers as email, phone, and growth emphasis roll out; meet monthly and quarterly targets.
• Equity accompanies the role as the company grows; uphold ownership mentality.
