Userlink seeks a founding marketer to own how the company communicates—website, cases, newsletters, LinkedIn, and campaigns. You’ll work closely with the founder and sales to generate qualified meetings and define cost per meeting, with equity and a hands-on start.

You’ll build content and campaigns, mentoring interns, and expanding markets beyond Denmark. Odense office, competitive salary, equity, and a fast-paced, founder-led environment.

Qualifications

• Has built marketing at a B2B SaaS company as the first or one of the first.
• Writes copy in Danish and English.
• Fluent English is mandatory; equity is offered.

Responsibilities

• Own messaging, positioning, and tone on website, cases, newsletters, LinkedIn, and paid campaigns.
• Drive qualified meetings; measure CAC and adjust channels monthly/quarterly.
• Collaborate with founder, sales, and product; guide interns.
