Tekst is seeking an experienced enterprise software sales professional to land new logos and drive ARR growth across the Nordics. You will own and close deals yourself, targeting ACV above €50K with multi-stakeholder engagements up to C-level.

Expect ~5-month sales cycles, uncapped commissions paid as a percentage of ARR closed, and a fast-paced, owner-mindset environment designed to scale markets internationally.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in enterprise software or SaaS sales with a proven track record of closing deals with ACV above €50K over 4–6+ month cycles.
• Experience with MEDDIC or similar enterprise sales frameworks.
• Startup mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Aufgaben

• Drive new business acquisition through strategic prospecting and relationship-building with a healthy pipeline.
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close for ACV above €50K, engaging stakeholders up to C-level.
• Deliver compelling use-case demos showing how Tekst solves real business problems for VPs and C-level executives.
• Apply MEDDIC to qualify opportunities, ensure deal velocity, and maintain accurate pipeline forecasting.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Solutions Engineering to ensure high satisfaction and identify expansion opportunities.
