Understory is expanding its Nordic sales team, driving growth from Copenhagen or Barcelona. You will own the sales process for Nordic experience providers, demonstrating products and negotiating deals to convert leads into customers.

Qualifications

• Native in Danish, Swedish or Norwegian and fluent in English.
• 2+ years of B2B sales experience (SDR/BDR or Account Executive).
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
• Proactive and results-driven mindset with goal orientation.
• Based in Copenhagen or Barcelona.

Responsibilities

• Own the full back end of the sales cycle for Danish, Swedish or Norwegian experience providers.
• Conduct product demonstrations and consultative sales conversations.
• Convert qualified leads into paying customers through effective negotiation and closing.
• Collaborate with SDRs to ensure smooth transitions from prospecting to opportunity management.
• Maintain accurate pipeline data and forecasting in CRM systems.
• Share insights from the Nordic markets to support product and commercial strategy.
• Represent Understory at relevant events and networking opportunities.
