Job summary

CAE Copenhagen is seeking a Customer Services Representative at our Copenhagen centre to coordinate instructors, customers, and guests, delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.

You will be the primary contact for training delivery, ensure room setup and smooth sessions, and collaborate with training, sales and scheduling to meet client needs. English required; Danish/Swedish/Norwegian preferred; strong IT skills with Excel and Word welcome.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service focussed role (hotel/travel/aviation or similar).
• Proficient in English (written and verbal).
• Proficient in Danish, Swedish, or Norwegian (written and verbal) preferable.
• Excellent PC skills (Excel, Word, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for training delivery at CAE’s Copenhagen centre.
• Ensure seamless running of the training centre and sessions, including room preparation and set-up.
• Maintain high quality customer service to exceed expectations and improve satisfaction and loyalty.
• Ensure the training centre is well-presented, organized and fully stocked at all times.
• Collaborate with internal departments (training, Sales, Scheduling) to support client needs and resolve queries.
