Job summary

CAE Inc is seeking a Customer Services Representative to join our Copenhagen centre, on-site at Copenhagen Airport. You will coordinate instructors, customers and guests, ensuring the smooth delivery of CAE’s training services.

The ideal candidate has customer service experience, proficiency in English, and a calm, organized approach in a fast-paced environment. Danish, Swedish or Norwegian language skills are a plus, and strong PC skills (Excel, Word) are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service focused role (hotel, travel, aviation, etc.).
• Proficient in English (written and verbal).
• Proficient in Danish, Swedish, or Norwegian is a plus.
• Excellent PC skills (Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for training delivery at CAE’s Copenhagen centre.
• Ensuring seamless running of the training centre and sessions, including room preparation and set-up.
• Focussing on high quality customer service to exceed expectations and improve loyalty.
• Ensuring the training centre is well-presented, organized and fully stocked at all times.
• Maintaining close collaboration with internal departments (training, Sales, Scheduling) to support client needs.
