Starwood Hotels seeks a Chef de Cuisine to assist the Executive Chef in leading a culinary team, delivering excellence in food quality, service, and operational performance in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.

The ideal candidate will drive strategy aligned with our brand, provide inspirational leadership, and oversee daily kitchen operations to meet financial targets while upholding sanitation and guest satisfaction standards.

Competenze

• Detailed culinary knowledge and strong leadership.
• Experience in high-volume, fast-paced environments.
• Ability to plan strategically and lead teams.
• Familiarity with budgeting and kitchen systems.
• Knowledge of Danish working conditions is advantageous.
