Job summary

Starwood Hotels is seeking a Breakfast Chef to run a section in the kitchen, delivering high-quality food and smooth service across restaurant, bar, room service, and banqueting operations. You will master menu details, stock control, and lead a small team with consistency and care.

You should be adept at following recipes, maintaining hygiene and food safety, and supporting both the team and kitchen goals.

Qualifications

• Experienced with full buffet set-up across restaurant, bar, room service and banqueting in a hotel.
• Able to follow recipes precisely and meet presentation and quality standards.
• Skilled in ordering ingredients, managing food production and storage on your section.
• Experience with Danish food health & safety standards.
• Maintain accurate portion control and minimize waste.

Responsibilities

• Lead a section in the kitchen and deliver high-quality food and smooth service.
• Submit daily food orders and stock sheets to the Sous Chef.
• Provide leadership and training to junior staff and supervise area.
• Maintain hygiene and food safety standards throughout shift.
