You will supervise the pastry team, maintain strict hygiene standards, and focus on reducing waste and improving profitability while delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in pastry and dessert kitchen.
• Experience in luxury hotels or fine-dining environments is a plus.
• Oversee pastry operations, ensure quality and consistency.
• Manage stock levels and work with Purchasing to ensure freshness.

• Support the Pastry Chef in managing the pastry section.
