YOUR TASKS
  • Own regional sales forecasting, tracking, and achievement of sales and profitability targets.
  • Define and execute the regional business plan in alignment with corporate objectives.
  • Lead and prioritize sales activities, resource deployment, and customer engagement across the DACH region.
  • Analyze market and competitive trends to identify growth opportunities and share insights with commercial and product teams.
  • Develop and manage key accounts and strategic partner relationships.
  • Oversee and finalize key sales and partner agreements in line with company objectives.
  • Build strong, long‑term customer relationships and position Elvaco as the preferred smart metering partner.
  • Intuitively grasp the specific needs of our clientele, personalizing our offerings to guarantee satisfaction and forge lasting collaborations.
  • Collaborate closely with management, product management, and cross‑functional teams to drive growth and innovation.

  • The ability to learn and retain product specific information and utilize to position the features and benefits to customers.
  • Computer literate with knowledge of all Microsoft Office Applications, especially Excel.
  • Proficiency in German and English.

  • Prior attendance at formal sales training courses.
  • Interest in leadership.
