A leading consultancy firm is seeking highly skilled SAP experts to support a project focused on payroll processes. This role offers 100% remote work for 2 days a week. Candidates must have expert skills in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and German payroll processes, along with experience integrating Employee Central Payroll with S/4HANA. The position is available until February 28, 2026, with the option for extension.

Overview
iO Associates are supporting a leading, agile consultancy with SAP customer demand. We are seeking highly skilled SAP experts for a project until the end of February 2026, fully remote for 2 days per week.
Responsibilities
Lead and own the setup and testing of wage types and payroll processes
Integration of Employee Central Payroll (ECP) with S / 4HANA
Cut-over planning
Go-live support
Qualifications
Expert level SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central skills
Strong, demonstrable expertise in German payroll processes
Experienced in setting up and testing German wage types and payroll processes
Practical experience integrating Employee Central Payroll (ECP) with S / 4HANA
Must be fluent in German and English
Additional details
100% Remote
Workload : 2 days per week
Duration : Until February 28, 2026, with an option for extension
