A leading recruitment agency is seeking an experienced Partnerships Manager to join a retail media ad tech platform in Germany. You will execute partnership strategy, identify new opportunities, and drive activations. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in eCommerce and AdTech, with a focus on Amazon marketplace. This rewarding role offers a remote working model in DACH as the company expands across EMEA.
Qualifications
- Experience as a Business Development Manager or Partnerships Manager.
- Must have experience in eCommerce, AdTech, and Retail Media.
- Strong understanding of Amazon marketplace required.
Responsabilités
- Deliver and execute partnerships strategy.
- Identify new opportunities and nurture existing relationships.
- Drive partnership activations with clients and teams.

- Be instrumental in identifying new opportunities and nurturing existing high impact relationships
- Drive and manage partnership activations with both external clients and internal teams
- Collaborate with teams such as marketing product and sales to support partner facing initiatives
- Remote working model in DACH
Desired Skills & Experience
- Experienced Business Development Manager or Partnerships Manager
- Must have experience working within eCommerce, AdTech and Retail Media
- Strategic thinker with strong organisation and communications skills
- Must have a strong understanding of Amazon marketplace
- Desire to work for a rapidly growing scale-up in Retail Media
