Job summary
A global localization company is seeking a freelance Korean into German Patent Translator. The ideal candidate will have native-level fluency in German and a minimum of 2 years' experience in patent translation, specifically in Electricity and Computer Science. This position is remote, with an immediate start date available.

We are looking for translators with experience in translating patents from Korean into German (native-level fluency of German) with immediate availability for a patent translation project.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in translating and proofreading patents, specifically in the fields of Electricity and Computer Science.
- Translate patent-related content from Korean into German, conveying the original meaning in a manner that is readable and understandable to the target audience. Style adequacy is a key aspect for our client.
- Minimum 2 years' experience translating and reviewing content in the patent fields.
- Effective, proficient communicator in English.
- Proficient with CAT tools: Trados, XTM.
- Native fluency in the target language.
- Degree in linguistics, translation, or equivalent experience.
