It offers a complete digital solution for vehicle logistics, with a state-of-the-art platform (built in-house) that simplifies booking driven vehicle movements for both businesses and private individuals.

With major household names using their solution to move over 20,000 vehicles across Europe annually, they now serve more than 15 million users. Their platform provides real-time data and ensures vehicle checks are completed, guaranteeing peace of mind for customers.

About The Opportunity :

Leiter Vertrieb / Head of Sales

Salary: Up to €70,000 basic + €12,000+ OTE (first year)

Benefits: 25 days holiday, further benefits package

Day To Day?

  1. Develop team sales and profit margin targets with the German Country Manager
  2. Outline and implement sales strategies
  3. Identify new sectors and opportunities
  4. Achieve turnover and profit margin targets
  5. Recruit and manage staff as the team grows
  6. Prospect and pitch to new clients in Germany
  7. Develop proposals and negotiate contracts
  8. Onboard new clients and set them up on the platform
  9. Build and maintain relationships with prospects and clients
  10. Contribute to marketing activities

About You :

  • Proven success in B2B automotive sales
  • Knowledge of Automotive OEMs and Dealer Groups is essential
  • Experience working with multinational teams; proficiency in French is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency with platforms and software such as Excel, PowerPoint, Google tools, etc.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment
  • High self-motivation and perseverance
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, willing to work hard, focus, and commit
