Your Mission

We are currently looking for a Founding Sales Rep (m/f/x).

As a Founding Sales Rep you will own the end-to-end sales journey, identifying high-value opportunities and guiding customers toward rapid, measurable impact. This is a full-cycle role, so you must be as good at hunting as you are at closing! As an early-stage startup, Cello offers you the opportunity to shape our market engagement. In this role, you’ll actively contribute to Cello’s strategic direction, helping us build sustainable, high-impact growth with every account you close.

Your Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for bringing in new customers.
  • You will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through close, including initial outreach (e.g., cold and warm outreach, automated outbound), discovery calls, product demos, and contract negotiations.
  • You will own and build your pipeline, ensuring accurate and timely reporting on pipeline status and revenue projections.
  • You will work closely with sales support, product, marketing, & CS to ensure a cohesive, customer-focused approach throughout the sales process.
  • You will establish strong, strategic relationships with various stakeholders, positioning Cello as a trusted partner who understands their business and objectives across all online and offline touchpoints such as Cello’s GROWTH NXT events.

Required

  • You have a proven track record as a top performer in previous BDR & AE positions in B2B SaaS (min. of 4 years)
  • You understand technical products well and can effectively communicate their value.
  • You have solid experience and a skill set in account-based sales and nurturing high-value accounts.
  • You are a hunter by heart who seeks to exceed your targets.
  • You have gone through world-class sales training.
  • You have exceptional English communication skills (native/near native).

  • Track record of scaling and managing B2B SaaS sales organizations
  • A growth marketing background and experience collaborating with marketing teams to support lead generation and account-based marketing initiatives is a plus.
