• Leading and driving service excellence across incident management, access control, stakeholder engagement, and continuous process improvement.
• Ensuring high-quality service delivery by maintaining structured documentation and supporting strategic initiatives across the tenant environment.
• Optimizing IT service processes, maintaining a structured CMDB, and analyzing service metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Acting as the primary contact for stakeholders regarding service performance, ensuring alignment between technology and business needs.
• Coordinating the Riverty tenant setup, working closely with internal teams and external providers like Microsoft to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Supervising applications and monitoring data flows to ensure uninterrupted critical business operations.

• Fluency in English and German would be a huge benefit
