In this role as a Specialist / Supplier Manager, you won’t just steer processes – you’ll be the key interface between suppliers and internal teams. The gross annual salary ranges between €73,000 and a maximum of €75,900, depending on qualification.Please note: we can only consider candidates with a valid, unrestricted work permit for the EU (no student visa).

• Ensure on-time and quality-compliant supplier performance
• Conduct risk assessments and supplier qualifications during tenders and serial projects
• Initiate and manage supplier improvement projects
• Analyze production deviations and implement corrective actions (QSR)
• Communicate with internal teams and present supplier performance at management level
• Act as interface between suppliers, internal customers and development teams
• Support new product introductions and industrialization
• Assist with capacity analyses and supplier development

• Successfully completed Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Aerospace, Business Administration, Logistics or a comparable field
• Extensive experience in supplier management, project management, quality management and supply chain
• Solid knowledge of SAP and confident use of Google Workspace
• Basic knowledge of Change Management
• Business-fluent German and English skills (C1 level)
• Willingness to travel
• A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
• Curriculum vitae in English
