The ideal candidate will have exceptional entrepreneurial skills, market insight, and a proven track record of building successful teams and attracting customers and investors. This role offers the unique opportunity to co-found a company with support from a committed team and significant resources, focusing on innovations in Proptech, AI, and Climate.

In our Germany Studio, we’re now exploring concepts within Proptech, AI and Climate in partnership with Europe’s largest residential real estate company. We’re looking for an experienced operator with entrepreneurial ambitions to lead a new venture as Founder & CEO with our investment and the full backing of Founders Factory.
- Co-found a company with Founders Factory’s team of IPO-exited founders and entrepreneurs to develop a new venture

- A clear vision for the opportunity (including product direction) - with the drive and expertise to execute on it
- High IQ and EQ - strong opinions loosely held
- Deep understanding of the German market and German language skills
