A leading international recruitment agency is seeking a Country Manager – Partner for Germany. The role involves establishing and leading the new German branch, driving business development, and managing a team. Candidates should have proven experience in HR or recruitment and a strong sales track record. - Build and manage the German team from the ground up.
- Drive business development, acquire new clients, and close deals.

Skills
EER Global, a leading international recruitment and headhunting agency headquartered in London, is expanding into Germany. We are looking for an experienced leader to establish and lead our new German branch — and grow into a partner-level role .
- Build and manage the German team from the ground up
- Drive business development, acquire new clients, and close deals
- Define and implement the local strategy in alignment with EER’s international standards
- Represent EER as a trusted partner and ambassador in the German market
- Proven and relevant experience in HR, recruitment, or headhunting – this is a mandatory requirement for the role
