Job summary
A leading automotive company in Bietigheim-Bissingen is seeking an experienced Azure Infrastructure Engineer to maintain and enhance cloud infrastructure using Terraform. The role includes managing CI/CD pipelines and ensuring compliance with security standards. Strong communication skills and teamwork ability are essential, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in cloud infrastructure. This full-time position offers 27 vacation days and an unlimited contract.

- Maintain and improve existing Azure infrastructure defined with Terraform.
- Adjust and create CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
- Ensure cloud environments meet security, compliance, and governance standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and pipeline-related issues.

- Maintain and improve existing Azure infrastructure defined with Terraform (Infrastructure as Code);
- Adjust and create CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes (Azure DevOps preferred);
- Ensure cloud environments meet security, compliance, and governance standards;
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and pipeline-related issues;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, testers, PMs) to support delivery and reliability;
- Monitor and optimize infrastructure performance and cost efficiency;
- Document infrastructure changes, processes, and best practices;
- Stay current with trends and advancements in Azure DevOps and cloud automation.
- 3+ years of experience with Azure cloud infrastructure;
- Strong hands-on experience with Terraform (infrastructure design, modules, state management, lifecycle);
- Solid experience with CI/CD pipeline setup and maintenance (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar);
- Understanding Azure networking, identity, and security best practices;
- Scripting experience with PowerShell and/or Bash;
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
- Exposure to .NET applications and related deployment workflows;
- Start: by arrangement - always on the 1st and 15th of the month
- Working hours: full time (40h); 27 vacation days
