We are a fast-growing, entrepreneurial company with global operations, headquartered in Frankfurt.

As Data Protection Analyst and part of the Security&Privacy Governance team, you will advise delivery teams, challenge risks, and represent the Group Data Protection Officer (DPO) when engaging with all parts of the company, clients, or regulators worldwide.

• Processing Activities Governance: Work with all business units to keep our group-wide Process Map up to date so it satisfies the relevant Record of Processing Activities requirements and feeds risk assessments
• Policies and Standards Governance: Review and update our policy framework based on new developments, including expansion to new territories, new products, changes in law, or changes in international standards or best practices
• Data Protection Assessments: Lead Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs), Legitimate-Interest Assessments, and similar. Follow-up and support on mitigation actions
• Client & Counterparty Support:Handle privacy questions from customers worldwide, clarifying 360T's role (e.g., as a data controller) and help to negotiating data-processing agreements when appropriate
• Incident Response – Advise, assess, and ensure handling of personal-data breaches (also observing respective notification timelines)
• Cross-border Data Transfers & Extraterritorial Laws: Advise on Standard Contractual Clauses, Transfer-Impact Assessments and laws with extraterritorial reach (e.g., Saudi Arabia PDPL) even where we have no local presence
• Awareness & Training:Design learning sessions so everyone — from developers to salespeople — knows how privacy affects their work
• Regulatory Liaison:Draft responses to clients, partners, and supervisory authorities
• Audits and Control Activities: Coordinate audits and other control activities alongside the Group DPO

• Substantial experience implementing privacy in fintech, trading, payments or another regulated environment — covering both advisory and assurance work
• Experience in international data protection law, in a global group that spans multiple countries and continents, working beyond GDPR
• Certifications such as CIPP/E, CIPM, CIPT or CDPO are nice to have but not mandatory
• Highly motivated and with a passion to turn legal requirements into a shared vision and real-world practical implementation, aligning stakeholders with different, sometimes conflicting, requirements
• Track record of advising stakeholders, running assessments, DPIAs, and mapping processing activities
• Clear communication skills: You translate legal requirements into plain language and workable actions
• Fluent English (C1 or higher); other languages welcome
