We are looking for a DevSecOps Engineer to join our IT-Security unit, which is dedicated to protecting our online shop and corporate systems. In this role, you will be responsible for integrating security into our development and deployment processes, ensuring the security and resilience of our cloud infrastructure and applications. You will work closely with various teams to automate security controls, mitigate risks, and enhance security monitoring.

Our Security team ensures that visitors of our online shop have a safe shopping experience and that their personal data remains secure. Additionally, we protect our corporate data and provide security solutions to safeguard the devices and infrastructure used by our employees.

1. Develop and maintain cloud security solutions, integrating security best practices into company processes
2. Manage patching across the entire infrastructure and tech stack to minimize vulnerabilities
3. Audit and secure Kubernetes environments, identifying misconfigurations and mitigating security risks
4. Automate security controls in CI/CD pipelines and implement SAST/DAST for secure development
5. Scan Git repositories for potential credential leaks and improve security monitoring
6. Collaborate with teams on security initiatives and participate in cybersecurity audits
7. Stay updated on emerging threats and proactively enhance cloud and application security

1. At least 2 years of experience in DevOps or DevSecOps within the field of IT Security
2. Strong hands-on experience with AWS and a solid understanding of cloud security best practices
3. Strong understanding of Python for automation and security scripting
4. Experience working with Docker and Kubernetes, including securing containerized environments
5. Familiarity with DAST (Dynamic Application Security Testing) and SAST (Static Application Security Testing) methodologies
6. Experience scanning Git repositories to detect potential credential leaks
7. Self-organized and experienced working in an agile environment
8. Fluent in English, both spoken and written

1. Hands-on experience with Incident Response and Log Analysis
2. Familiarity with Google Cloud
