What you'll do

• Oversee, manage and monitor customer facing and internal IT projects including custom implementations, enhancements and IT operations projects to ensure defined scope, timelines and quality standards.
• Lead meetings with IT teams, executives and customers to maintain alignment and ensure successful project delivery.
• Implement IT Operations best practices to optimise customer satisfaction and operational efficiency and produce detailed reports, presentations and statistics to measure customer satisfaction and IT Operations performance.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks and act as Incident Manager for IT incidents to ensure rapid resolution and effective communication.
• Lead efficiency initiatives to streamline IT operational processes and improve performance.
• Support coordination between operations teams for incident management, project delivery and ongoing monitoring activities.

What you'll need

• Completed education in an IT-related field or ideally a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with specialization in IT Operations, Project Management, or Systems Engineering.
• Over 2 years of professional experience in IT operations or development.
• More than 1 year of experience in managing projects, with proficiency in agile methods and tools like Confluence and Jira.
• Solid understanding of ITIL practices and IT process management.
• Proficiency in German at B2 level and fluency in both spoken and written English.
