Qualifikationen

  • Master-Abschluss in Ingenieurwesen erforderlich, vorzugsweise an einer Technischen Universität.

For our Munich site, we are searching for a

Graduate Trainee in our Quality Department (f/m/d)

(Starting September 2025)

What you’ll be doing:

  1. Rotations through different teams, including quality, manufacturing engineering and the production plant.
  2. Placements at various sites, which may include international experience in the Netherlands and UK or other civil sites, supporting our global teams.
  3. Performing tasks to support the capture of engineering hours, reporting, KPIs, and the day-to-day operation of the engineering business.
  4. Developing and implementing new ways of working, with opportunities to take ownership of these initiatives, supported by your team.
  5. Experiencing the full business management cycle, including financial reporting and process improvements.

Who we are looking for:

  1. Talented individuals with skills, enthusiasm and passion to become leaders of the future in what they do.
  2. Your educational background is a Master’s degree in engineering. We prefer a completed Master’s at a University of Technology, or a Master’s degree in a subject related to our business processes.
  3. An interest in the Aerospace industry.
  4. You bring the skills, enthusiasm and passion to become leaders of the future in what they do.
  5. You have an ability for sound judgement and decision making, able to work with teams and across cultures.
  6. You have gained managerial and international experience during your studies and extracurricular activities.
  7. It is important that you can convince us of your proven affinity with the Aerospace industry.
  8. You have a maximum of one-year relevant working experience.
  9. You have a passion to drive your career and your continuous personal development.
  10. You are open to different cultures and you master the German and English language at a good level.
