Ihre Aufgaben / Your Responsibilities:

• Mitwirkung bei Financial Reporting (Monatsabschluss und rollierenden Forecast) / Participation in financial reporting (monthly financial statements and rolling forecast)
• Mitwirkung beim Jahresabschluss nach USGAAP & HGB / Assistance with annual financial statements according to US GAAP & HGB
• Bestandsbewertung nach US GAAP & HGB für direktes und indirektes Material / Inventory valuation according to US GAAP & HGB for direct and indirect material
• Erstellen der 5-Jahresplanung (Budget) / Preparation of 5-year planning (budget)
• Mitwirkung bei Prozesskostenrechnung und Profitabilitätsanalyse / Participation in activity-based costing and profitability analysis
• Mitwirkung bei SOX Compliance Reporting / Assistance with SOX compliance reporting
• Wirtschaftlichkeitsberechnungen / Profitability calculations
• Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung von Kennzahlen sowie Stammdatenverwaltung / Support key figures and master data management
• Ad-hoc-Analysen und Projektarbeit / Ad hoc analysis and project work

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaft oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, mit dem Schwerpunkt Controlling und Rechnungswesen / Successfully completed studies in business administration or industrial engineering, with focus on controlling and accounting
• Fachspezifische Berufserfahrung besonders in der Anwendung der Controlling Instrumente in einem Produktionsunternehmen wünschenswert / Specialized professional experience in the application of controlling instruments in a production company preferred
• Fundierte Kenntnisse der MS-Office-Software (vor allem MS-Excel) sowie ERP-Software / Good knowledge of MS Office software (especially MS Excel) and ERP software
• Analytische Fähigkeiten, strategisches und unternehmerisches Denken / Analytical skills, strategic and entrepreneurial thinking
• Flexibilität, Zuverlässigkeit, Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit / Flexibility, reliability, communication, and teamwork skills
• Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift / Good working knowledge of English
