Senior Projektmanager (m/w/d) Supply Chain E-Commerce

As a spin‑off from the German Aerospace Center (DLR), the company offers cost‑effective, robust and quickly available in‑space propulsion solutions based on more than 10 years of R&D. ISPTech’s two technologies – HyNOx and HIP_11 – serve every spacecraft from small CubeSats to large landers and capsules.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Lead and manage customer and development projects, controlling scope, budget and schedule.
• Coordinate and oversee project teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.
• Manage suppliers and partners within project frameworks.
• Support the creation of detailed technical offers for customers and publicly funded projects.
• Develop a project management framework and implement best practices.
• Provide input for the development path of current solutions based on customer feedback.

Your Qualification

• MSc. in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a similar field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management.
• Experience in guiding project teams.
• Understanding of spacecraft and propulsion systems.
• Customer‑centric approach and social skills to connect with customers, project teams and stakeholders (e.g., ESA).
• Fluency in English; German skills preferred.
• Ideal: Experience in the rocket propulsion sector.
• Ideal: Experience with ESA or national agency‑funded projects.
