As Finance Manager Global Tax you hold a specialized role within the finance and accounting team who focuses on managing global tax responsibilities for our organization. This role involves overseeing the tax planning, compliance, and reporting functions on a global scale. Your direct reporting line is the Group Head of Finance.

• Supporting and implementing global tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities and optimize tax efficiency.
• Ensuring compliance with international tax laws and regulations in all jurisdictions where the organization operates.
• Managing tax audits and inquiries from tax authorities around the world in conjunction with local tax advisor.
• Providing guidance and support to finance and accounting teams on tax-related matters.
• Analyzing the tax implications of business transactions and advising on tax-efficient structures.
• Monitoring changes in tax laws and regulations globally and advising on potential impact to the organization.
• General collaborating and management of external tax advisors and stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely tax reporting.
• Liaison with tax auditors.

• Bachelor / Master degree in Business Administration/Accounting.
• Experience of minimum > 8 years in the financial services sector with focusing on tax related topics ideally in an international environment.
• Understanding of international tax laws and regulations.
• Strong analytic skills with attention to detail.
• Very good German and English language skills (in writing and verbal).
• Ability to work under pressure (fixed deadlines, ad-hoc tasks).
• Team player.
