NOTE: This is a one-year contract with relocation to Riyadh, relocation costs are covered by the client.

About the Role:
We seek an experienced Data Architect and Migration Specialist to lead enterprise data architecture strategy and oversee large-scale data migration initiatives. The candidate will ensure alignment with business processes, standards, and policies supporting analytics, reporting, and strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain enterprise data architecture strategy aligned with business and compliance standards.
• Review and guide data models, storage, and management across systems.
• Lead data migration strategies and ensure timely execution.
• Manage ETL processes for data accuracy and quality.
• Define and enforce data management policies and access controls.
• Evaluate vendor deliverables related to data architecture and migration.
• Establish KPIs to measure migration effectiveness and report risks.
• Collaborate with teams to support analytics and reporting needs.
• Review vendor compliance with data governance best practices.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields.
• Minimum 10 years in data architecture, management, and migration.
• Proven experience in data migration, ETL validation, and legacy system transitions.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with KSA standards (NCA, NIC).
• Certifications like CDA or Microsoft Data Analyst are a plus.
• Experience in government or Customs projects is desirable.
• Informatica product experience preferred.
• Willingness to relocate to Riyadh or reside there.
