Responsibilities

• Assist with procurement processes, supplier communication, and documentation.
• Update and maintain procurement data and generate reports.
• Conduct market research and supplier analysis.
• Support the team in procurement processes e.g. tendering processes and contract management.
• Assist with day-to-day operational tasks of the procurement team.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a relevant university program (Business Administration, Economics, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or similar)
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Team player with a willingness to learn.
• Fluency in English is required, German is a plus
