  • Proactively resolve system issues, manage IT tickets and coordinate with Hardis support when needed.
  • Develop and deliver training for end users and key stakeholders on WMS functionalities and best practices.
  • Maintain documentation of system configurations, processes and procedures.
  • Drive continuous improvement by analysing workflows, identifying bottlenecks and proposing data-driven process optimisations.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, WMS innovations and digitalisation opportunities (e.g., scanning tech, Power BI, API integrations).
Your profile
  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, information systems, or a related field or equivalent professional experience.

  • Proactive, collaborative, and self-driven—ability to bridge operations, internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience with digitalisation initiatives in logistics is a strong advantage.
We offer
  • A pleasant and multicultural working environment.
  • Opportunities for professional growth and development.
  • 25 vacation days, with the option of purchasing an additional 5 days.
  • Excellent pension scheme with Nationale Nederlanden.
  • Opportunity to participate in a company bike or fitness program.
